Refund Policy

Following free registration, we provide full access to our course builder and administration system. Please evaluate our site carefully to ensure our software meets your needs before you purchase credits or an annual licence for Nimble Author, Nimble LMS or Nimble Courses. Our support team will be available to answer any questions you might have.

Should technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities cause the software not to function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide sufficient information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licences purchased, etc.).
If a valid request is made within 30 days of purchase, you must submit to us a letter/email confirming your requirement for a refund, along with the reason(s) for your request.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By purchasing credits or an annual licence for Nimble Author, Nimble LMS or Nimble Courses from Nimble Elearning Ltd, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
