Nimble has secured their latest recruit, instructional designer Lisette Hoffmans. Lisette holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from one of the leading universities in the Netherlands. She has extensive experience in the development of training, working for organisations like KLM, Amsterdam City Council, and BC Hydro.

Lisette’s bilingualism and knowledge of different cultures make her a valuable asset to the company. She lived and worked in Canada for several years, designing eLearning courses for a variety of companies. The work she has done included soft skills and complex systems training on topics ranging from energy saving and sustainability, to geriatric nursing. Lisette was drafted by eLearning247 to enhance their collection of training courses and to create high-quality interactive bespoke courses.

She seized the opportunity to use her eLearning knowledge and skills to design courses for the fast-growing company:

“eLearning247 is a really stimulating company to work for and they have many groundbreaking ideas. That’s demonstrated by their course editor, nimble®Author, which has proven far beyond my expectations; it’s been such a pleasure to work with and I’m thrilled by the versatility of the system. I can see the company grow even more quickly over the next few years, as the training world discovers the course authoring tool. I am looking forward to designing and building many bespoke courses in the system, and I’m enthusiastic to work for a company with such a great product!”
